Florida Detox

I completed the program at Florida Detox in Tarpon Springs, FL. They explained upfront that once the bill of $15,000 was paid in full the deposit of $1,000 would be refunded. When I paid the bill in full with a credit card (prior to the procedure) they actually told me my card was not charged for the deposit. In the following weeks I noticed the program had charged me the full $15,000 and the $1,000 deposit. I called to alert them of the mistake and was directed to a line where I had to leave a message. I have now called 3 times with no response as of yet. I have not been able to make an appointment for follow up labs or support. The program tells you they are there for you and will return your calls, and they did return my first call when I had a question about medicaitions, but once I pointed out the money discrepency there have been no responses. I am sharing my experience so others can be cautious.
